Where does Atom and the Dot ship to? Is there a shipping fee?
We ship our surprise boxes to anywhere in Malaysia, Singapore and Labuan.
Delivery of activity boxes within Peninsular Malaysia are free for purchases above RM80!
- Peninsular Malaysia, below RM100 – RM7 per box
- Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan – RM10 per box
- Singapore – RM25 or RM35 per box, depending on the weight of the item
Delivery charges for party packs depend on volume and location. Buzz us for a quote.
Does Atom and the Dot ship internationally?
We are testing the waters and have just introduced shipping to our brother from another mother, Singapore!!
If you’re living outside Malaysia or Singapore, and would like to try us out, drop us a note at [email protected]. We’ll see what we can do!
When will I receive my order?
You’ll receive your first activity box 3-5 working days after you place your order.
For subsequent activity boxes, our aim is to get it to you before the weekend – i.e. play time!
We send off your boxes on the first Tuesday* of every month. You should receive it between 2-5 working days (depending on where you live). As a heads up, we’ll drop you an email to let you know when your order is dispatched.
* For orders placed after the 20th of the month, we’ll send out your 2nd activity box 2 months later so you have time to complete your 1st activity box before the next one arrives.
Try-me Boxes & Mini Boxes
We send these out to you as soon as we get the order. So you should receive it between 3-5 working days.
We have an express shipping for Klang Valley folks! You’ll receive your boxes within 1-2 working days via an on demand service (like GoGet or Grab Delivery).
You may select Express Shipping once you’ve entered your Klang Valley address at checkout.
Our courier company delivers on weekdays during working hours. So please ensure you direct the box (your delivery address) to a location where there will be someone available to sign for the box. Otherwise you may need to pick it up at the post office or it might be returned to us. Either way, it’ll stand between you and play time!
P/S If it gets returned to us, we’ll reship it to you once (at no additional cost). But if we need to do it more than once, we will need to charge you handling and shipping fees.
What should I do if my delivery address is wrong?
No worries. Just email us (at [email protected]) as soon as possible to let us know.
We do need to know at least 14 days before the next delivery so we can make the necessary arrangements.
P/S Please check the Order Confirmation to ensure we have all the right information. If you need us to reship the box to a different address, we will need to charge you additional handling and shipping fees! No one wants that.
Can I update my delivery address?
Of course. Just drop us a note at [email protected].
Do let us know 14 days before the next delivery so we can make the necessary arrangements to send it to the right place. If you inform us less than 14 days before the next delivery, this change in address will only take effect in the subsequent month.
P/S – Seriously, don’t forget! If you need us to reship the box to a different address, we will need to charge you additional handling and shipping fees.
What should I do if the items are damaged/ defective?
Don’t panic! First things first – is the box damaged? If yes, make sure you indicate that the box is damaged when signing for the box from our courier company.
Then just send us an email with a picture of the damaged box and/ or its contents at [email protected] (no later than 7 days after you receive the box). If the items in the box are damaged/ defective, we’ll replace it immediately.
