The items I received are damaged. Can I return them?

Oh no! We’re really sorry about that.

Just send us an email with a picture of the damaged box and/ or its contents at [email protected] (no later than 7 days after you receive the box). If the items in the box are damaged/ defective, we’ll replace it immediately at no extra cost to you.

Can I exchange my box for something else?

Unfortunately each box is customised and personalised. As such, we are unable to exchange the items for anything else.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Did we do something wrong? Please let us know if we can fix it ([email protected]).

Try-me Boxes, Mini Boxes and gift subscriptions are not eligible for cancellation. For subscriptions, email us your cancellation instruction ([email protected]) no later than 14 days before the next delivery is scheduled.

The refund amount will vary based on your original subscription and the number of boxes you’ve already received.

The indicative refund amount assumes there were no discounts during your original purchase. If eligible, we’ll let you know the final refund amount.

Can I cancel my subscription if I'm on an instalment plan?

You can stop your instalment plan at any time. However we will not refund any paid instalments.

Example: If you’ve made the Instalment 1 and you decide to cancel the subscription, you will only receive the first 3 boxes. And we will stop subsequent payment requests.
