Managing Your Subscription
What are my payment options?
You can pay with credit card, debit card, direct debit to your bank account or with your Paypal account.
For credit or debit card payments, select eGHL at the checkout page. You will then be redirected to the payment page where you will be required to enter your credit card or debit card details.
If you’d like to direct debit your bank account, select eGHL at checkout. When you’re directed to the payment page, your preferred online bank. We accept payment from all major Malaysian banks including Maybank2U, CIMB Clicks, HongLeong Connect, RHBNow, etc.
We also accept Paypal. Just select Paypal at checkout. When redirected to the Paypal payment page, you can either login to your Paypal account or pay with any credit card.
Do I have to pay upfront or is there an instalment plan?
If you subscribe to the 12 Months Surprise Box, you can split your payment into 3 easy instalments.
Just add 12 Months Surprise Box, Instalment Plan to cart.
You pay for Instalment 1 when you sign up. Instalments 2 and 3 are in Months 3 and 6 respectively. Your last 3 surprise boxes will be FREE! Refer to the table below for the instalment amount.
You will receive payment reminders via email before the 20th of Months 3 and 6. Don’t forget to make the payment. If you miss the deadline, your subscription will be paused until we receive the payment.
Payment can be made via bank transfer or credit card.
Is the instalment amount inclusive of shipping fees?
Yes, if your delivery address is in Peninsular Malaysia. For deliveries to Sabah and Sarawak, a shipping fee will apply for each box. Click here for shipping fees.
Will my child get a birthday bonus with the instalment plan?
Yes of course!
Does the cancellation policy apply to the instalment plan?
You can stop your instalment plan at any time. However we will not refund any paid instalments.
Example: If you’ve made the Instalment 1 and you decide to cancel the subscription, you will only receive the first 3 boxes. And we will stop subsequent payment requests.
What is the difference between the Instalment Plan and the Easy Payment Plan?
The instalment plan is offered by Atom & the Dot. There is an upfront payment of RM250. You will need to make manual payments in Months 3 and Months 6 to continue receiving your surprise boxes. The last 3 surprise boxes (from your 12 months subscription) will be FREE! You can choose to pay via credit card or bank transfer.
The Easy Payment Plan is an auto debit facility offered by our partner Kidxy. You will pay for your first box at sign-up. Subsequently your credit card will be automatically debited on a monthly basis for 12 months. Click for more details.
Is there an auto debit facility where I can pay monthly?
Yes we do! We’re currently partnering with Kidxy to offer you an Easy Payment Plan. With the Easy Payment Plan, your credit card will be debited automatically every month.

How do I know when my subscription will expire?
We’ll indicate the subscription end date on the dispatch emails we send to you once the boxes have been shipped your way. Alternatively, you can just ask us at email@example.com.
And because we love having you around, we’ll also drop you an email a month before your subscription expires to remind you to stick with us!
Can I upgrade my current subscription?
Music to our ears! Of course you can.
If you’ve purchased a 1 Month or 3 Months and would like to extend it, just drop us a note (at firstname.lastname@example.org). We’ll walk you through it.
What can I do with my store credit?
If you have store credit, it’s because you like us and referred us to your family and friends. Thank you!!
Redeeming Store Credit
We’ve only just introduced store credit and are still working to get the systems in place. So do bear with our slightly manual process.
What's my store credit balance?
Can’t remember what your balance? Just email us (at email@example.com) and we’ll get right back to you.
You can also find last month’s balance on your delivery order sheet – that’s the piece of paper we’ve included in your surprise box. Don’t forget to flip it around for some colouring fun.
