Where does Atom and the Dot ship to? Is there a shipping fee?
We ship our surprises to anywhere in Malaysia.
Deliveries within Peninsular Malaysia are free for purchases above RM80! For deliveries to Sabah and Sarawak, there’ll be a RM10 fee per box.
There's no one at home to accept the box. Is there a self-pickup option?
How do I opt for self-pickup at PostCo locations?
At the Cart page, select the Self-Pickup @ PostCo Locations option. PostCo charges a small fee of RM2.90 per collection. The cost will be indicated here.
At the Checkout page, tick the box that says Self-Collection Option (PostCo). You can then enter your address or postcode to select the most convenient pickup point for you.
P/S – you will not need to enter Shipping details if you select this option.
Does Atom and the Dot ship internationally?
We’re just getting our sea legs, so we want to make sure we’ve a well-oiled machine before charging out to international waters.
But if you’re living outside Malaysia and you’re interested, drop us a note at firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll make sure to sail your way first as soon as we’re ready!
When will I receive my order?
Our aim is to get it to you before the weekend – i.e. play time!
We send off your boxes on the first Tuesday of every month. You should receive it between 2-5 working days (depending on where you live). As a heads up, we’ll drop you an email to let you know when your order is dispatched.

We send these out to you as soon as we get the order. So you should receive it between 2-5 working days.
We send these out with your next surprise box for free. If you’d like to get it sooner, you can select the Urgent shipping option (for RM7) to receive it in 2-5 working days.
Our courier company delivers on weekdays during working hours. So please ensure you direct the box (your delivery address) to a location where there will be someone available to sign for the box. Otherwise you may need to pick it up at the post office or it might be returned to us. Either way, it’ll stand between you and play time!
P/S If it gets returned to us, we’ll reship it to you once (at no additional cost). But if we need to do it more than once, we will need to charge you handling and shipping fees.
Can I get the dispatch calendar for Surprise Boxes?
To help you plan better, you may refer to our dispatch calendar for estimated delivery dates each month.
Our aim is to dispatch on the first Tuesday of every month. But in the event that the first Tuesday is a public holiday*, we’ll need to dispatch the boxes a day later – courier boys do not work on those days. Fingers crossed you’ll still receive it by Saturday.

What should I do if my delivery address is wrong?
No worries. Just email us (at email@example.com) as soon as possible to let us know.
We do need to know at least 14 days before the next delivery so we can make the necessary arrangements.
P/S Please check the Order Confirmation to ensure we have all the right information. If you need us to reship the box to a different address, we will need to charge you additional handling and shipping fees! No one wants that.
Can I update my delivery address?
Of course. Just drop us a note at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do let us know 14 days before the next delivery so we can make the necessary arrangements to send it to the right place. If you inform us less than 14 days before the next delivery, this change in address will only take effect in the subsequent month.

What should I do if the items are damaged/ defective?
Don’t panic! First things first – is the box damaged? If yes, make sure you indicate that the box is damaged when signing for the box from our courier company.
Then just send us an email with a picture of the damaged box and/ or its contents at email@example.com (no later than 7 days after you receive the box). If the items in the box are damaged/ defective, we’ll replace it immediately.
