Returns & Cancellation

The items I received are damaged. Can I return them?

Oh no! We’re really sorry about that.

Just send us an email with a picture of the damaged box and/ or its contents at hello@atomandthedot.com (no later than 7 days after you receive the box). If the items in the box are damaged/ defective, we’ll replace it immediately at no extra cost to you.

Can I exchange my box for something else?

Unfortunately each box is customised and personalised. As such, we are unable to exchange the items for anything else.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Did we do something wrong? Please let us know if we can fix it (hello@atomandthedot.com).

1 month subscriptions and gift subscriptions are not eligible for cancellation. For 3 or 12 month subscriptions, email us your cancellation instruction (hello@atomandthedot.com) no later than 14 days before the next delivery is scheduled.

The refund amount will vary based on your original subscription and the number of boxes you’ve already received.
