How do I know when my subscription will expire?

We’ll indicate the subscription end date on the dispatch emails we send to you once the boxes have been shipped your way. Alternatively, you can just ask us at hello@atomandthedot.com.

And because we love having you around, we’ll also drop you an email a month before your subscription expires to remind you to stick with us!

Do I get perks if I tell my friends and family?

Yes you do! If you like our product, help us grow by telling your friends and family about us.
As a token of our appreciation, you’ll get a RM5 store credit for every successful referral.

Just get them to enter your email in the Referred By field on the checkout page.

What can I do with my store credit?

If you have store credit, it’s because you like us and referred us to your family and friends. Thank you!! 

You can use your store credit to purchase any item on our shop. That includes all Surprise Boxes, Try-Me Boxes, Mini Boxes and even party packs!

Redeeming Store Credit
We’ve only just introduced store credit and are still working to get the systems in place. So do bear with our slightly manual process.

To redeem store credit, just email us and we’ll provide you a unique coupon code that you can use on our shop. We promise to be super quick and not keep you waiting.
